2020 Schedule

We will periodically send reminder emails, but you are ultimately responsible for meeting all published deadlines. Dates are subject to change and participants will be notified.

November 1, 2019	Artist and Author sign-ups open.
December 23, 2019	Artist sign-ups close.
January 1, 2020	Final art submissions (drafts) due.
January 4, 2020	Art previews are made available for authors.
January 6, 2020	Author sign-ups close (Pinch-hit author sign-ups will remain open).
January 11, 2020	Claims open at 10:00am ET. Team introduction emails will go out as claims happen.
January 18, 2020	Mandatory team check-in due by 11:59pm ET. Teams will confirm they are communicating and authors have a plan and have begun writing. Pinch hitters will be assigned as needed. Pinch-hitter sign-ups close.
February 16, 2020	Fic drafts are due from Authors (2,400 word minimum with 80% completion). This is a mandatory check-in point. We will assign pinch-hitters as needed for writers who do not check-in or submit drafts that do not meet requirements. We will email teams asking for posting date conflicts once we have everyone checked in.
February 21, 2020	Posting schedule announced
February 26, 2020	Final drafts of fic and art are due from all teams by 11:59pm ET.
Starting March 9, 2020	Posting. Teams will have scheduled dates.
